Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We currently ship throughout the United States. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via parcel services (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Furniture & Large Items: Some items, such as furniture, ship directly from the manufacturer. Please note that all third-party manufacturers we work with are U.S.-based. Shipping times may vary based on availability and production schedules. You will receive tracking details once your item is ready to ship.

RETURNS
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A return request must be submitted within 3- days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, email hi@michaelardan.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hi@michaelardan.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
